Return and refund Policy 

At VROYL your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product during transit, we are happy to offer a return or replacement for full-priced items. 

Return conditions:

  • We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
  • If your order is damaged during transit please contact us via email with a photo of the issue for review within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Used items can not be refunded.
  • We do not accept returns for custom candle orders.
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days if wrong items delivered.
  • Free returns if wrong item delivered.
  • If you received the wrong item, wrong items must be returned in their original packaging and safely packed for courier to prevent any damage during the return process.
  • If items are not returned in the same condition, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
  • Damage during return transit is the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot refund or exchange damaged items.
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered customer returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
